Cancelling and refunds.

Cancelling

Cancel any time, in two clicks. Open Manage subscription from the pricing page — it takes you to our payment provider's billing page, where you cancel with no email, no phone call, and no “are you sure” maze. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you're not billed again.

Refunds

• Unconditional refund window: 14 days on the monthly plan, 30 days on the yearly plan. Within that window, ask and we refund it — no reason needed.
• The weekly plan has no window because there's nothing to be locked into — it exists precisely so you can try membership at the lowest possible commitment.
• If Marj charged you by mistake, we refund it in full — just tell us.
• If something was broken and we couldn't fix it, we'll make it right.

How refunds are processed

You buy from N2 Labs Yazılım Anonim Şirketi, and we decide and issue refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor: when we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days to appear, and your statement shows the charge as MARJ.APP.
